Alpha Wax offers an extremely wide range of paraffin waxes. These paraffin waxes are manufactured from petroleum or natural gas.
This last group of very pure waxes is manufactured according to the Fischer Tropsch process in Shell’s technologically top-quality factory in Malaysia. This production process ensures that the paraffin waxes obtained are of exceptionally high quality and excellent consistency, and emphatically do not contain any heavy metals, aromatics or sulphur whatsoever. These waxes are ideally suitable for use in candles, adhesives and paper, and as a component in wax blends.
In addition to these basic raw materials, Alpha Wax offers customised wax blends under the name of Carisma Wax©. The high quality of these wax blends has been specially formulated to suit our customers’ specific uses and/or wishes. Carisma Waxes are available for candle extrusion and dipping, as well as for hot-melt adhesives and paper coating.
The quality of the Carisma Waxes© conforms to the RAL Gütegemeinschaft, BgVV and FDA standards for indirect contact with foodstuffs.
The Alpha Wax paraffin waxes are available ready packaged, in slab or granule form, and can also be supplied heated in liquid form.
